How should I set up 10 IP Office users as remote workers on an Index, assuming I have a fixed link and VOIP set up between the 2 switches? Will the IP users have voicemail on the Index and will my CCM report on them assuming they are agents? The IP Office will be in the States and the Index in the UK, I therefore cannot have 20 series handsets on the IP office as they are not supported on IP Office in the States.

IPO home workers are easy
1) configure the data link to the index, remeber to enable multilink as this also enabels Qos
2) configure a voip link to the index
3) call teh indelx home worker group from a 2030 on the IPO.
the index will now controll the 2030 & be indistinguishable from a local connected ext, CCM reporting VM , out bound calls & ddi are all performed on the index.
this means that your homeworkers in the US will be making UK bassed calls
