How should I set up 10 IP Office users as remote workers on an Index, assuming I have a fixed link and VOIP set up between the 2 switches? Will the IP users have voicemail on the Index and will my CCM report on them assuming they are agents? The IP Office will be in the States and the Index in the UK, I therefore cannot have 20 series handsets on the IP office as they are not supported on IP Office in the States.
