Hi all,
I think this is a VPN issue, hence the reason I have posted here but I realise it could be a DNS problem.
I have the situation where a number of remote sites connect to a main head office. All sites are working fine apart from one.
The one in question is connect to the head office via a router VPN which is the same as the other sites.
The problem is that when any user at the remote site in question attempts to access a shared folder which exists at the main office they get prompt for a username and password. This also occurs when they try to access their email through Outlook which connects to Exchange at the main site. I can ping the server from the remote site and also Telnet to it.
I have also seen messages in the event log relating to Kerberos error code 4.
Any ideas where the problem is??
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
