We have users that access the our domain primarily via dialup sessions. We have a win2k domain, with active directory. The clients are winxp pro workstations and are members of the domain. We are redirecting the My Documents on the local workstation to the user's H: drive (personal share) via a group policy and also setting their h: drive to be available offline (again via group policy and active directory). Some users have lost the redirection of the my docs folder. They have also lost the ability to change the target of the my docs folder.
Any suggestions as to how this happened and how to remedy the situation would be appreciated.

I think you have selected someting in the HKCU GPO. I have done this intentionally in my setup. I think its this one
GPO COnfig>
User Config>
Admin Templates>
Remove Properties from the My Docs context menu
Hope it helps
