remote user vpn connection

We are using cisco pix devices 515e and a cisco pix concentrator. When a remote users logs into our domain using the cisco vpn client and I try to remote into their system to get access using pcanywhere I cannot connect, but they are able to get access to our domain. However, as soon as the user accesses any of our intranet web sites then I can connect to their system. Weird. Any ideas.
