Hi All,

Does anyone know how to see a user's SAP screen realtime in order to show him/her how to do a thing in a specific transaction. (Something like PC Anywhere but running only on SAP)
In this way system admin could perform some jobs on the user's screen and user can see how to do it.

Is there a transaction for this or a software?
