Hi all,
I haven't actually been able to witness this problem first hand so I'm basing it on what the user has told me. The remote user is using a WinTerm thru an ADSL connection to our Citrix 1.8 MF server. The user then claims to answer the phone and returns back to her computer to continue working. Upon returning she moves the mouse to click something but she finds that her screen restarts and she must log in again. At first I thought she was just timing out because she wasn't giving me a time frame. But I know her calls are not taking more then 2 hours (current timeout set) and are probably closer to 1-2 minutes.
Is there some way that Citrix or the client can be configured to hold the session open longer? Or perhaps be more tolerant of interuptions instead of just disconnecting?
Thanks in advance!
