Remote user for ACT 10 Premium has issues

We recently upgraded to ACT 10 Premium. We have 1 telecommuter who connects via Terminal Services over a VPN, everyone else is local.

The appearance of ACT on her remote desktop if poor, it's dithered (pixalated, etc). When I log in from home via a VPN and TS the screen looks fine to me, so I can't duplicate the problem.

Also, her performance isn't as good as the local users. When were were on ACT 6 she had the best performance. She does have a huge number of reminders so I'm not sure if that's slowing her down.

All in all we are really happy with out upgrade.

Any ideas?

The pixilated issue is most likely the setup in her local RDP client not displaying the right graphic resolution or colour scheme.

What area of performance?
