Remote User Access to Only Certain Files

Hey gang,

I want to allow my wife to be able to access a hard drive on a particular machine we have but ONLY allow access to certain directories. In other words, she only needs to see the iTunes directory, the iPhoto directory and a few others. All others should not be visible to her. How do I set this up?
