Upgrade an IPO Small Office in London from Leeds, I'll go with the majority.
Cheers.

Provided the data connection is ok you should not have a problem (& if it is not ok the file will not transfer)

But make absolutly certain the Validate tick box is ticked otherwise you are certain for a dead system.

I have upgraded my Home SOE over a dialup ISDN conection on many occasions without trouble (But I have an understanding customer if it fails;-) )

From what version to what version? That makes a difference.

One other point, Just remember that the posters saying "Go for It" will not have to go & fix it if it goes wrong.

I would still say that a Validated Upgrade (V2.1 upwards) should work without problems, or at least if it fails it should not be terminal.

I have to upgrade, there is an issue with CLI on alog trunks (cheers IPGuru)and the Leeds site is on 2.1.31
By the way the upgrade is from 2.1.27 to 2.1.31.

I always use validated upgrades and it has never broke unless youre trying it with the x.99 builds, they don't work with a validated upgrade.

Done this upgrade on site...empty system at the end. I was happy, that i already was on site

My own system, i've done remotely..work perfect.
Seems the IP Office is female, she has great characteristics
