Remote text notification

I am receiving this error when trying to send out remote text notification on CallPilot 4.0. "MAIL FROM: <Postmaster@callpilot.mycompany.com> RET=FULL
RCPT TO: <emailaddress@mycompany.com> NOTIFY=FAILURE ORCPT=rfc822;emailaddress@mycompany.com". If I open a telnet session I can send out an email from CallPilot thru the exchange server. Any info would be helpful.
