Wondered what some of you are using to remote to mitel switches. can't seem to get procomm plus to work with windows xp.

Most people I know use Procom. I am using Procomm Plus 4.8, must access ICP at 9600.

Procomm doesn't open. It says the applicarion is wrong.

Obviously too old a version- I'll see if I can get a decent price on 4.8, thanks!

I don't think 4.8 is the newest, you might want to check on that.

I just want what works. If you can talk to Mitel switches with 4.8, I'm happy with that.

Procomm works, but I grew to hate it ever since someone showed me Smarterm ver 1.0 for Win 95 - yes some really ancient software, but a magnificent VT 100 terminal emulator. Small, can run multiple instances (at least 10 concurrently), supports scripting, custom keyboard mapping, etc.
