I have a customer that has a remote J179 phone that we can connect but does not have audio the system is an IPO SE R11.0.4. It appears that because we are using the LAN1 connection for local SIP trunks meaning that the local address is 192.168.11.50 and the SIP trunks is 11.2, we have the network topology set to open internet as the trunks are local. The remote phone when audio is happening it is being sent with the private info not the public IP address. Not sure how or if I can get both working at the same time as I believe that I need to have the public IP in the network topology tab for the voice packets to get back to.
