remote SIP extension

dear all,

- I’m using MX-ONE TSE V3.2, and X-Lite softphone.
- All data network components are Cisco.
- I have successfully registering the SIP extension remotely using the X-Lite softphone(at the internet), and when I make a call from or to the remote extension from or to any local extension, the called extension ringing normally and also the ring back tone reached to the caller extension, but both (caller and called) extensions have no voice when the call have been answered.

Note that the local SIP extension working well, and as I mentioned my problem with the remote SIP.
