I'm trying to use Remote Shell on an AIX 4.3.2 System to send commands to from an NT
Machine.

So far I've entered the IP of the NT Machine into the /etc/hosts, the hostname of the NT Machine
into the /etc/hosts.equiv and /.rhosts (last one together with the username).

Whenever I'm trying to start the rshd I get an error message saying something about "sockets".
I'm not that experienced with AIX Systems...

Can someone tell me, how to properly setup my machine as a remote shell server ?

Thanks in advance.
