I have been working on fixing my Lucent Merlin sustem for sometime now and it doesn't seem to be the best use of my time. Is there a way to have someone call in and perform operations remotely? I need the number of rings on our AA changed and the # of rings that it takes to get to VM reduced. One ext. isn't going to vm and I can't figure out why. I was also hoping someone could create a report of the settings on the system. Please give me some feedback on the best way to outsource this.

Check your phone book for a vender or ebay for a service person and email them.

Well, if you can use my handle, + (the sign we know) + comcast, + (the other sign we know) + (the thing a fisherman uses to haul in the fish), I may be able to converse with you....

Good luck....

Wow. The Partner/MLX list was impressive and well put together.

Frankly I knew that your experience and skill in Merlin was remarkable as evidenced by your posting and TipMaser awards.

I tip my punch tool in your general direction. Good work! The extra star is from me and I am positive that I owe you a few more.

BTW what was the date listed in the manual that you produced? If we have it I just may grab it for my collection! ;)

Well, I can't remember the date, but I am sure that it was a Lucent product.

It was prior to the 15AA & 18A and it had some switches on the back.

It looked like an external modem, 'cause that's what the engineer built it from.
