Remote service observe not working

I would like to remote service observe but while I can use remote access to get into the switch it won't accept the feature code for service observe. In 'remote access' I have given it console permissions so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong?
 
Just a late thought but, the station your calling in on does that COR have SO set to yes?? Wisdom is Knowledge

Phoneman2 is correct. However, I am assuming that you are able to svcs-obs these calls in the office. If this is the case then you need to look at the COR the remote access code is in. Then disp the cor and look at the "can be a service observer" option. It should be set to a Y. If not, you will not be able to obs. Console permissions do not automatically give your svcs obs ability.

If you are able to obs in the office, look at the cor your station phone is in. Then maybe put your remote code in the same COR :) Hope this helps :)
 
If I recall. Serv observe has it's own Cor and is Prog = to a button on a phone (leave blank) Also the phone user must have the same Cor. If I would imagine the remote Admin should have the same Cor.

It has been 3yrs since G3r days.
 
Look in System Parameters customer options & see if it is turned on. Its "right to use".
