I was just curious what you all who are vendors charge for remote service and support for Avaya.
For example if you have to log in and make changes via the manager or provide technical support over the phone training etc?
Do you charge by the minute by the 10 minute 15 quarterly hourly minimum?
And what do you usually charge that the customers find is acceptable for remote service and support?
