I am trying to send an email and I get this message from our Exchange 2000 server:

THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE.
Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed.
========================================================
After awhile it juts times out and says that the mail was undelivered. When I go to check the queue, in the properties for that mail domain I see the message, "The remote server did not respond to a connection attempt".
I have checked Micorosft's KB and have found an answer to the errors but our Exchange server is correctly setup according to the Microsft KB document.
What else could it be?
