Remote server Locks up

I have 3 servers in my domain 1 the main server running a super AIT and the other 2 exchange and citrix. I have the remote agent running on both and are using veritas 9.1, ive noticed intermitantly that when it backs up over night that the citrix box locks up, I thought it was a server issue but everytime its the backup thats running .
So im presuming its remote agent specific
Are there any issues with Veritas or hotfixes that can solve this.
