remote select softkeys

hi

Is there any way i can remotely select options on a phone, been trying to turn dnd and send all calls off on some handsets in a remote site.

I could busy out the station, but ive seen an engineer using the trace command to do something similar in the past but cant recall how he did it.


Any help would be much appreciated

add 6 to your button for list trace

Now to place call using list trace
make call abbr dial on button 4, 0t10

1st button on the set is 7, so take your button and add 6 to get the /10

Command: li tra st 54600/10

for button 9, add 6 to get the /15

Toggle send-calls on a phone

Command: list trace station 54600/15
