Remote restrictions

I have a 4 CO line BCM 50 as a remote site.

My main site(BCM 400) users can call local through the 50, using the same group of lines that the folks in the 50 office use.

Can i restrict the lines only when accessed remotely? Meaning not restrict the callers in the 50 office, but restrict thoughs that might access from another site?

At bcm50 site - for eg restrict pool A remotely accessing pool b
Pool A incoming -> Pool B outgoing

You can also change the remote package for those pools and lines.
