Remote Reload Ip Phone

Hi guys,

Could you help me on this question:
Can we remotely reset an Ip Phone ( Cisco, Tandberg, Swissvoice, Leadtek phone ) without Html interface like CCM...?
For example, a mac-based soft which can reset an Ip phone or a group of Ip phone...?

...you could probably guess at the security implications should you be able to *not* go through the vendor's interface..

I know it... But, I really need to know if we could remotely make it, without "OFFICIAL" way... ;-)
I think I will not found this specific soft on CCO ( if it exists )...
