I am doing some prompt recording for one of my networked BCM's

I access the BCM from my office and the other day I was able to tell the call pilot to call my phone here in my office so that I could record the prompts form here (I am on a different system) by putting 9 and my 7 digit phone number in the dial field.

Now however, I just get the message this is an invalid number.

To the best of my knowledge, I have not changed any parameters.

To be honest, I was a bit surprised when this worked the first time..

Any ideas why it worked? Why it's not working now?

Do the active application DN's have access to the appropriate line pools (A, PRI-A, etc?)

Also, I seem to remember having a problem with outdialing from CallPilot when using access codes instead of routing, but maybe that was a different issue. Might want to try putting in a destination code of 8 (or something that fits), point that to the appropriate route, and enter 8 plus your number in CallPilot and see if that works.

yes they do

I am using routing, like I said, it was working before and then quit. But no change has been done to any of the routes and everyone can still dial normally.

In fact, I can dial the number I was trying, from that system and get through. It is just call pilot that is saying it is an invalid number. Actually it says "The Phone Number Is Not Valid
