What is the purpose of printing at work? Printer better there? Others can get your printing quickly? You don't have to carry them to work? No printer at home? Based on your need, the solution might change.

Does your pc or printer at work have a real IP address? If so the solution would be to print to the IP address. But my guess is that you have an internal IP and are behind a firewall.

If that is the case you might consider a remote control program such as pcAnywhere. This would require your firewall, your home PC and your work PC to be setup. Obviously security would be important.

Need more info as to your exact circumstance.
