Remote Printing to LPR port

Hi,
I am a Civil Engineer who recently began working from home using Remote Desktop. I am connecting to a Windows Server 2003 - Server using Windows XP Pro Remote Desktop. Our office has an older OCE plotter connected to the server through an LPR port. I am trying to determine how I can plot to the office plotter from my home computer. Is this possible? And if so could someone point me in the right direction?
