I have a customer that is adding 2 remote extensions to his IP office 9.1 essential. Got the seat license, 2 9621G phones, added the extension. Try to test from my office, I get the extension log in screen and password then it just comes up with the screen and "phone" on the upper left and Features on the upper left. No dial tone. The customer has a sonic firewall that is supported by a IT company 300 miles away. I contacted them and they assure me that the ports I requested are open. Any thoughts on what could be happening?
