What is a good Cisco Remote Phone Control software out there? I am looking for a software that enable me to remotely troubleshoot my end user without being physically there. I did a quick search on google and came across Fidelus, and others.

Any recommendation? Also, I have three clusters in my environment and want to be able to remotely control the phones.

Thanks a lot!

check out clarus systems. It is a full suite that has options for system configuration reports, snapshots, troubleshooting as well as remotely controlluing a phone to troubleshoot and to train an end user. It is a fantastic product but expensive

thank you for the fast reply. Our company is on a tight budget at the moment but I will definitely give them a try.

I was using trial of Phone Remote software.
Plse give it a try too

Oh yeah. I forgot about that one. Reasonably priced for what it is. Good call N1T15H!!

I think vendor name is VOIP integration..

Update: I just shot it up today - was giving me an error message. Pressed OK, and it force-closed the app on me ... Launched it again, got the same error message, but this time, left it open and put the dialog aside, and I was able to use the utility ! still works, with same limitations. But it's good for having a remote view of the phone screen, for troubleshooting senior management phone ( those which we don't have much physical access to )

Not to misuse, though. Be ethical in practice.
