Remote Patch Update

I have installed patches remotely on the BCM 50, but never on a 400. I am in the process of installing the MSC Core patch for a 3.6 system. Can this be done remotely and where how do I go about it.

It can be done remotely - typically I like to remote control a PC at the site that has the patch files on it - sometimes it can take a while to transfer the files over the WAN. If it's a "slow link" I'd recommend doing it this way.

Then, just cross your fingers and hope all goes well.
