REMOTE PAGING

I have a cust that wants to be able to page horns from site to site the 2 BCM's are connected via IP trunks and currently they both have 2 horns on the exterior of the buildings that are connected to the page port of the BCM and also using 24v pwr supply no amp at neither location.The magic question is there a way to do a remote page without having to purchase amps and without having to use a trunk port on both ends for the paging.I'm looking for a way if possible to just use the equipment that they have now and make this work I know it can be done I just need to kick some ideas around with someone for the easiest way to accomplish this.....

A few guys have taken a phone apart and wired across the speaker terminals. But you will still require an amplifier to produce the sound.

Are these self amplified horns??? If not you need an amp.
