It's done via remote access packages on the trunks. I've seen the option there, but never implemented it personally.
That being said, I'm not sure how you page once you're on the trunks, I would think it's with the feature code. Hopefully someone else out here has done this.
The way I've done it in the past is to hook an analog station port to a TAM-B device that answers the call then passes the output to a paging amp.
From the BCM 3.7 Docs:
Defining remote Page for remote packages
To define Remote access packages, follow these steps:
1 Click the keys beside Services, Telephony Services, General settings, and Remote access
packages.
2 Click a Package number (00 to 15).
The Package window appears. Refer to Figure 85.
3 Type in Y or N to enable/disable remote paging for each pool in the Remote access package.
4 Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you have defined all the package values you require.
I use a softphone to page the other sites. This may not be what you want. I have 1 IP Client at all 60 of my sites and when I need to page someone I set my softphone IP address to that site and hit the page button and just talk and when finished I hit RLS key.
