I want to add remote workers to my PBX. People with IP phones, that connect to my PBX via VPN-tunnels and have extensions according to my dial plan. I am not sure if I can do that with my CM-version, hardware and licensing.
Can you tell me what I need to have to make this work?
Cm 3.0, 8700 servers
Software Load: R013x.00.1.346.0
Memory Configuration: G3xV13

I beleive, you need to have a proper VPN connection which connects to the network and voice VLAN and that should do.
