Remote Office 9150 phone buzzes instead of ringing

Hi

Has anyone come across a problem where a Remote Office 9150 phone buzzes, like an acd phone with a headset, instead of giving ringtone? We cannot see any obvious reasons in the TNB as to why.

Not sure if this will help much but Ill offer what I know. You can change the ring type specified on a phone by changing the CLS=DRG1 OR CLS=DRG2 depending on the ring tone you want (there are other choice). I believe you can change this in LD 11 or LD 20

It would all depend on how you are running it to your remote sight if it is a T-1 check the signel type
