Hi,
We are currently experiencing receive errors and receive drops with an option 81c Rel 25.40 and using remote office 9150 units over an MPLS backbone.
The question really is that the current RLC / 9150 hardware that we are using have old boards on them and one side can support full duplex and the other can't.
I have been recommended to have the Meridian side at 10 full and the remote side at 10 half. I understand that this would cause packet errors but would this have an adverse impact on voice quality with high packet loss with low volume back into the PSTN network and intermittent one way calling, i.e. caller cannot hear agent.
Any comments or feedback would be very much appreciated.
Jason.
