I have just installed some 9115 units, hoping to set-up to use dial-up on demand for use with Symposium Calls centre TN's.
They work very well if I set the 9115 as Permanently Online.
However to reduce costs for the dial up I had hoped to use dial on demand. If I set this up it does the basics as in establishing & dropping calls when it needs to, but the problem is that Symposium sees the TN/agent as still logged in & NOT READY as a the carrier is dropped but the 9115 shows locally as make set busy (offline), when you hit a key on the 9115 such as NOT READY to establish a carrier again the connection signals to Symposium the Make set busy & so the agent goes logged out as far as Syumposium is concerned.

Effectively useless for agent working as calls waiting in Q will never be presented to this agent. I'm thinking the actual last actual status of the agent should be maintained virtually even though the carrier has been dropped, therefore the agent should be able to toggle NOT READY on or OFF which will set up a carrier again which signals to Symposium the change of state.
None of this works. My maintainer is as yet unsure.

Anyone do this , is it a patch fix needed or extra CLS setting ?
