Remote Notification

Remote Notification Question for you Guru's

I setup a user on Remote Notification and for some odd reason
they aer being alwerted more than just once. For example:
Someone will leave a message in their Voicemail and it will alert them
not once but it will ring every two minutes or so. How do i set it to just once?

look at the remote notification class of service, their is a field for number of retries, set it to 0

You may want to consider keeping the multiple notifications, but spread the time apart to say, 20 or 30 minutes, just in case the first notification is missed....depending on what kind of device you are notifying.
