REMOTE NOTIF. QUESTION GETTING TWO PAGES ?

Remote Notification on Mer Mail --

I setup a user on RN, it has been done so that when they receive a V/M at the
office it autopmatically alerts them. However, they receive 2 pages, 3 minutes apart. Which is annoying
b/c one is plenty. Especially on the weekends Q> Does anyone know where to change this?

look at the remote notification class of service, your paging system may not be sending the correct supervision for that pager, that can cause the vm to see the 1st page as unsuccessful

in the mermail, look at the remote class for that box, then go back to the main menu and take opt 3 then 6...
