REmote notication giving mesage .... "romte notification is off, it has now been turned on"
Why is the user getting this message all the time on logon?

you will need to see what the outcalling audit is telling you. Is Login required for successful notification turned on? If so turn it off.

he's has a class of service that allows remote notification, if the mail trys the number a fixed number of times without the programed response, you get that msg. the user gets the same msg if he turns off remote notification. If that person does not need remote, then assign him to the correct class of service
