We have a small node of our network that consists of 2 pcs in a remote office on a WAN. These pcs connect to the home office via 2 routers (one on each end) and a 256 DSL (in between). One gal runs fine all the time. The other gal, well, here lies the nightmare. Her computer experiences moments of pause. She can be typing along in Word or Notes and all of a sudden the words and letters stop appearing on the screen as she is typing. Then, a whole line will appear at once. We call it a hiccup. I am n need of some suggestions here. It only happens to her, and not the other gal. This is what I have tried. 3 new/different pc's (2 dells and 1 ibm), new switch on remote site, new cabling in the entire office, completely removing the gal without issues, Switching places between the pc that works well and the one that doesn't, keyboards, mice, monitors.
Both pcs have exactly the same software on them. Both have had software loaded from the same sources. Anyone have any experience with this? Please give me your best guesses.
Thanks in advance!!
