Remote MWI Problem

Hi, first of all, thanks for you colaboration.

We have two cs1000e in a diferent sites, one of that has
a Callpilot 4.0 system. The problem is that the MWI doesn
´t work in the remote system.
we´ve checked these points:
- the same pni number in both systems
- the rcap configuration is RCAP MWI ND3
- of course the mwa class of service in the phones

The other cs1000 doesn´t have any problems about MWI option.

any ideas.

What type of circuit do you have between the systems?
When you dial from the system with the CP to the other system, what do you need to dial? (3,4,5 etc digits)When you have determined this, does your CP put out the same digits when trying to send MWI to the remote site?
eg if you need to dial 71234 but the vmail is only dialing 1234, you will not get indicators to work.
