Remote message retrieval in Audix

I have a client that is using an Audix V4.2 with a Merlin Legend. I have been asked to setup the auto attendant so that employees can access there voicemail remotely. Is it possible to do this utilizing a code or other format direct from the attendant.
I currently have them simply dialing their own extensions and using *7 from there but they don't really like this format.
