Have a Mitel 3300 with 4 analog lines. Customer wants voice messages left in a specific VM box to notify a cell phone when messages are left. Remote Notification is turned ON in both the system settings AND for that specific VM box. Seems fairly straight forward. During tests after leaving test messages I can go back in the system and one of those locations (system or box) will say remote call notification is OFF. I am programming from the main handset, not with GUI software. In a Norstar Startalk Flash you have to set the box with 2 or more lines so it can grab one going out. Could I possibly be running into the same issue? System not grabbing an outgoing line?
