Remote Management

I am a starter in router configuration, and need to set up a Bay ASN for remote management.
Scenario is I need to attach a modem connected to a telephone line to the ASN, so the admin can dial in and remotely manage the ASN.
I have no idea where to start.
Help will be appreciated.
