remote management BCM400 3.7

I have a BCM400 that I'm trying to access from the Internet. The BCM sits behind a firewall/router on the customer's LAN with port fowarding to the private IP of the BCM. The firewall has port 443 open and I can get as far as the login screen but it won't accept my credentials that work when I'm directly connected to the customer's LAN. ARe there other ports I need to open on the firewall other than 443 (https)

You could try 5989, and 80

had the firewall guy open up these ports and still no joy. Thanks for the suggestion tho.
