Remote login into Optio11 using Windows VNC? 2

Good afternoon, everyone. I am curious to know if this is possible? Or if anyone is using this type of remote access connection. We are trying to connect to our Option 11 in NYC. Any advice into setting up this type of remote access would be greatly appreciated.

Sure this will work -just need a PC running at local site with connection to switch.

Best to use passwords for VNC to protect PC

IF you are running Windows XP you can use RDC. This is what I am using becuase I can use my Active Directory account through our VPN to log into the PC/Server and connect using procomm or hyperterm to the PBX.
