Remote log in to MD110

Unable to log in to remote site use Hyperterminal but screen is blank, input sssss but no response
remote site has tracker does this make a difference or could it be my modem settings

you must first login to the tracker before you can login to the MD110. I can't give you details how to login to the tracker as this differs per model. Ask your system maintainer about this issue.

thanks for that, I have the tracker password is it just a question of loging in using hyperterminal and once in what is the process in connecting to the MD110

Been a long time but you log into the tracker first then input the ssss and log into the MD110
