Remote Intrusion BC9

Hi all,

Any one know how to make remote intrusion?
I need that for the supervisor : he want to intrude agents from home. Idea?

I guess that the supervisor could call in through the main switchboard and have them intrude on the call and connect him/her.

Intrusion is : *60*ext number # (followed by 4 to intrude) (UK Market)

You could use mobile extension (BC11/BC12) first to be recognized by the MD as part of the extensions, and then make the intrusion
