I am running the new norton corporate edition on my server. I have turned off the sp2 firewalls on all of the clients on my network, as suggested by norton, in order to successfully launch a remote anti virus client install. The problem is that the remote install only successfully worked on half of the clients on my network and the other half I had to manually install. I imagine a few of you out there have encountered this problem and if one of you know the fix, please share your wisdom with me on this.

Yeah, I figured out that if File & Print Sharing is installed but not enabled, you'll have a problem as well. Some cleanup of the NIC properties cleared it all up."

This is a solution to a previous remote install problem. Can anyone verify that it works for me before I run around the entire school checking nic properties please.
