Hey Everyone,
I have 10-12 machines that have Compact Flash based Hard Drives. They are completely sealed machines and have no removable media or etc. Luckily they have PXE enabled LAN cards an I was able to Remote Install Windows XP Embedded OS from Win2k Server Remote Installation Services.
Anyway, I was asked that if the CF drive failed, is there a way to boot from a centralized image on a server? And I honestly don't know. I have been googling alot lately and nothing I can really find points me to yes. Although I may be just googling the wrong terms. I noticed a company called venturecom develops something like what I need but I was hoping to find a freeware/much cheaper solution?
Any Help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
