Is it possible to remote INI or sysload an Option 81C remotely?

Only ETAS can do that, but yes it can be done on any Nortel PBX

SOFTWARE HAS TO BE 22 OR GREATER AND IF IT'S 24.40 AND ETAS HAS NOT CHANGED THE PDT PASSWORD. JUST REMEMBER YOUR PLAYING WITH THE BIG BOYS WHEN YOU GET IN TO THIS

Actually you are wrong, any Nortel PBX can be initialized at any release cause I have had it done on every release starting from Release 1.

WELL I ONLY HAVE THE ONE FOR REL 22 OR GREATER, NEVER TRIED IT ON ANY LESS

I am certainly not suggesting that any user initialize any PBX remotely, it is strictly to be used by ETAS in emergency situations only. I am just pointing out that you can have it done on any Nortel PBX the release doesn't matter.
