Remote ICS Tools

I had to format my PC & labtop so I lost my copy of the Norstar ICS Remote Tools software. I notice that Nortel does not allow this be downloaded from their website any longer.
Does anyone have a copy (ver 10 or 11) that i can use or know where to locate it.

Nortel has v10 of NRU online and free for download.
